On and Off the Track
1990-1998: Race mechanic with Benetton F1. During this time, Benetton captured two Drivers’ Championships (Schumacher in 1994 and 1995) and the 1995 Constructors’ Championship.
1998-2008: Technical Editor, F1 Racing Magazine.
2000-2012: Race broadcast commentator with SPEED. United States Formula 1 fans automatically associate Steve’s voice with SPEED’s F1 coverage, as he’s provided unique technical insight and intelligent humor to race broadcasts since his first day with the team.
